General Information
When do 2016 passes go on sale?

All 2016 passes will go on sale Friday, January 29th at 10amET right here at FarmBoroughFestival.com! Single day passes will go on sale on a date to be announced.

When will the full lineup and schedule be released?

Stay tuned! We'll be announcing more country stars soon!

What time will the festival start and end each day?

Gates will open at 2pm each day. We'll start at approximately 3pm and then end at 11pm each day.

How do I get to Randall's Island Park?

Being in the city, luckily there are many options to get here! Check out our "Getting There" page and it'll have all the information for you!

I have my wristbands but haven't received my ferry pass. How do I get my ferry pass?

No worries! We will have a table set up at the ferry dock and a list of everyone that bought ferry tickets. Just bring your photo ID and we'll get you set up!

Is there accessible seating available?

Yes! There will be accessible seating on elevated platforms at the festival. Please visit www.ticketmaster.com/h/accessible-seating for information on how to purchase. All VIP areas will also have accessible seating for you!

Can I come on site and sell stuff?

No, only approved and licensed vendors are allowed inside the festival.

If there's rain in the forecast, will you still have the festival?

A little rain won't stop us country fans! It will take place rain or shine. #hardcorecountryfans

Will there be any hotel deals available?

Yes! We love that you asked and we have some great rates available on our HOTEL page. Book through our site via Hotels for Hope and a portion of your money will go to charity organizations: Answer the Call and Folds of Honor!

Is there an age limit?

Nope. We welcome all ages and children 6 and under are free!

Is there any reserved seating?

The only reserved seating we offer is in the Liberty Lounge VIP Experience package.

Is there any parking available?

We do not have parking available at Randall's Island Park. HOWEVER, please check out our Getting There page for options and a list of parking garages nearby!

Is there any camping allowed on Randall's Island Park?

We love camping too! Sorry though, no camping is allowed on Randall's Island Park. However, we did find a couple of options nearby:

Pass Information
When will I receive my festival wristband?

Wristband distribution will start in May (about 3-4 weeks from the festival).

What if I have an issue with my wristband when I receive it?

Please call Front Gate Tickets at 888.512.SHOW (7469) and they will be able to help you Monday-Saturday (9am-9pmCT). You can get a lot of your questions answered on their FAQ page at: support.frontgatetickets.com

Will you be selling any single-day passes?

Yes, we will have a very limited number of single-day passes available and are while supplies last. Those will go on sale at a later date to be announced.

I can only go Friday and Saturday. Can I let my friend use my wristband on Sunday?

No, wristbands are non-transferable and each person must have their own wristbands to get into the festival.

What happens if I lose or break my wristband?

Try your darndest not to do that. Wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be void and lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

If I leave the festival, will I be able to get back in?

Of course! You are welcome to come and go as you please as long as you are wearing your bracelet and it has not been stretched, taken off or tampered with.

Do you sell alcohol?

Yep, we sure do! Just make sure you have a state approved valid picture ID with you.

Can I bring in my own cooler?

That would be a no but we certainly welcome a 16oz sealed water bottle and a small gallon-size clear bag of snacks!

I have small children. Can I bring a stroller?

Yes you can, though the stroller will be subject to a search. You’d be surprised what people try to hide behind the kid!

If I happen to run low on cash, will you have an ATM available?

We sure will!

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

You may bring in a small (gallon) clear bag of snacks and one FACTORY SEALED 16 oz. water bottle per person. In addition we will allow EMPTY water bottles that can be filled at our free water station inside the Festival Site. All containers will be subject to inspection at the gate to the Festival Site.

Non-professional film and digital cameras
Soft sided, collapsible chair
(1) Factory sealed 16oz. bottle of water or empty bottle to refill (non-glass containers)
(1) Gallon-sized clear bag of snacks
Small backpacks or bags (will be subject to search)
Blankets or beach towels
Selfie Sticks
Motorized Scooters/Wheelchairs
Valid Driver’s License for will-call and/or to drink alcohol

What can I NOT bring to the festival?

Weapons of ANY kind
Illegal Substances
Picnic Baskets
Glass containers of any kind
Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the Festival)
Chains/Chain Wallets
Large backpacks
Laser pointers
Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
Audio/video recording equipment
No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.

Overindulgence in alcohol can impair your judgment. Whether you are traveling by land or by water, by public or private means, be able to navigate safely. We ask that you please act responsibly while at FarmBorough Festival. This reminder is courtesy of the U.S. Coast Guard, which will be on duty for your safety over the weekend. Be safe and have fun!
